What we collect

We don't collect your project records through this website. When you license records, they move once, from you to the processor named in your license, after you sign.

How we use it

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent the personal information of people who use this site.

How long we keep it

We keep valuation form submissions for up to 3 years, and engagement records for as long as the engagement letter and the law require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or tell us to stop contacting you. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. Email value@conduitdata.ai and we'll respond within 45 days. We'll confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit and restricted database access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit what we collect to what we need.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
