What Conduit Data does
Conduit Data brokers licenses of contractors' project records to AI companies. We position your job history for the market, put it in front of buyers, and help you negotiate a license. We never buy, own or hold your records. The license is between you and the buyer.
No professional advice
Conduit Data isn't a law firm, accounting firm, securities broker-dealer or investment adviser. Nothing on this site, including the guides, is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Talk to your own attorney and CPA before acting. Your attorney reviews every license before you sign it.
Estimates aren't offers
Any valuation, range or estimate on this site or from our team is a rough starting point. It isn't an offer, appraisal or guarantee. Buyers decide what they'll pay. We don't guarantee that any buyer will make an offer, what an offer will be, or when it will come.
What you send us

Fees
Using this site and the free valuation costs nothing. Our compensation for running a sale is set out in the engagement letter you sign before we start.
Our content
The site's text, design and logo belong to Conduit Data. You may read, print and share pages for your own business use. Don't copy or republish them as your own.

Disclaimer of warranties
